Yoga

Since qualifying as yoga teacher with the British Wheel of Yoga (BWY) I have been teaching the
Vinyasa Flow style of yoga for over 10 years to the staff and students of Imperial College London.
My classes and group workshops incorporate all three key elements; asana, pranayama and meditation, and are planned around a specific theme or peak pose. I take great pride in offering varied and interesting classes that suit beginners and more advanced yogis alike.

Menopause Yoga

In addition to being a BWY yoga teacher, I am also officially qualified as a Menopause Yoga teacher as developed and taught by Petra Coveney.
The menopause is challenging time for many women as they seek to come to terms with a new
phase of life. Menopause Yoga has been specifically developed to help women to connect and to learn about the Menopause journey in a way that makes it accessible to any woman, regardless of whether they have any previous yoga experience.

Ayurveda
